しましたがどうでしょう（その前にここ見てる人いるのでしょうか！？）
地域ポータルっぽく作ってみました “っぽく”ってのがポイント 地域ポータル程コンテンツないですから。。
小さい画像を多用しているので、ナローバンドの人は重いかも。。 かといって画像を減らすとデザインがかなり制約される この前のページみたいに無機質になってしまう でも作る人が作ればきれいに仕上がるんでしょうけど くるぽんかんりにんはヘタレだからできないです（泣）
未だに（と言ったら失礼ですね）ダイヤルアップの人がけっこういるので TOPを全て表示する前に去ってしまう、ってことにならないと良いですが。。
